USPACE 隱私權政策
親愛的會員，您個人的隱私權，悠勢科技股份有限公司（下稱「本公司」）全面尊重並予以保護。為了幫助您瞭解本公司如何透過 USPACE 軟體服務（下稱「本軟體服務」）蒐集、處理、利用及保護您所提供的個人資料，請您詳細閱讀隱私權政策（下稱「本政策」）。
一、 本政策適用範圍
本政策適用於您在使用本軟體服務所涉及之個人資料蒐集、處理與利用。凡經由本軟體服務連結至第三方所獨立經營管理之網站或應用程式，有關個人資料的蒐集、利用、處理及保護，應適用第三方之隱私權政策，本公司及本公司之關係企業等，均不負任何法律責任。
二、 個人資料的蒐集目的
為提供服務、建立支付管道、管理客戶名單與業務行銷，本公司需蒐集、處理並利用您的個人資料，並可能提供予關係企業（如：台灣大哥大）及重要夥伴（如：TMS全鋒汽車）：
● 辦理會員註冊、身分驗證及確認合法駕駛資格。
● 簽訂及履行各服務合約（車輛租借、付款及發票開立）。
● 管理租賃期間之車輛使用及保險理賠事宜。
● 依法辦理稅務申報及其他相關法定義務。
法定目的編號：包含 029、040、063、067、069、081、090、091、094、098、113、135、136、148、152、157、181 等項目。
三、 個人資料的蒐集類別
當您使用本服務時，本公司可能蒐集以下資料：
● 辨識個人：姓名、手機號碼、電子郵件地址、網路身分認證紀錄。
● 辨識財務：金融機構帳戶號碼與姓名、信用卡或簽帳卡號碼。
● 政府資料：身分證統一編號、統一證號、車牌號碼、車輛品牌與型號。
● 技術數據：IP 地址、登錄時間、位置資料、財務交易資訊。
四、 個人資料利用之期間、地區、對象及方式
本公司蒐集到的個人資料將作為身分判定、改進服務或開發新服務之用。您同意本公司得提供個人資料予關係企業及合作夥伴（包含：藍新科技、Line pay、街口支付、停車場業者、一起實驗、充電運營商裕電俥電、全鋒事業等）。
利用期間：蒐集目的之存續期間內或其他法令允許之期間。除當地法律明文規定，本公司不會將這些資訊用做蒐集目的以外之使用。
共用原則：本公司嚴守個資法，除非經您事前同意、法律規定、為免除生命財產危險、或配合公務機關調查，不會將個資提供予第三方。
五、 個人資料的自主權
在不違反相關法律的情況下，您可以聯絡本公司行使下列權利：
● 查詢或請求閱覽、製給複製本。
● 請求補充或更正。
● 請求停止蒐集、處理、利用或請求刪除。
● 停止寄發給您相關廣告/行銷活動。
※ 注意：一經停止或刪除資料，您將無法繼續使用本軟體服務。
六、 個人資料的安全
本公司提供必要之技術與防護措施以保護您的個人資料。請您妥善保管個人資料及信用卡資訊，避免外洩。您擔保提供之資料皆為合法，如發現帳號遭非法使用，應立即通知本公司。
七、 修訂與效力
本公司將不定時修改本政策。如您不同意修改內容，得隨時停止使用本服務；如繼續使用，則視為同意修改內容。本政策構成 USPACE 會員服務條款的一部分。

Our dear costumer, USPACE TECH CO., LTD. will fully respect and protect your personal privacy right. To help you understand how USPACE TECH CO., LTD. gathers, uses and protects the personal information you provide through “USPACE” (hereinafter “this APP”), please read the privacy protection policy carefully.
1.The Purpose of Gathering Personal Data
Based on the purpose of optimizing the service experience, establishing a user payment method and conducting customer management and business marketing, the Company will gather, process and utilize the personal data generated by the user during the use of this APP through the privacy protection policy, also conducts cash flows and integrated services.
2.The Acquisition of Personal Data
When you register as a member of this APP, you will be asked to enter your mobile phone number and verify it
When you are using this APP’s services, we may collect the following information:
(1) The data that will be able to identify your personal identity, such as name, mobile phone number, voucher serial number, record of providing network identity authentication or bidding for inquiry services, and any other identifiable information.
(2) The data that will be able to identify your financial situation, such as the number and name of a financial institution account, the number of a credit or debit card, other personal numbers or accounts, etc.
(3) Government information that will be able to identify your personal identity, such as personal ID number, tax ID number, tax number, insurance certificate number, license plate number, etc.
(4) Other technical data generated by users using this APP, such as IP address, login time, location information, financial transaction information, and other information that can identify personal leisure activities and interests, lifestyle, etc.
3.The Period, Region, Object and Method of Using Personal Data
The information collected by the Company will be processed as follows:
(1) The basic personal information you provide (such as telephone number) will be used as the basis for the judgment of your membership identity; the credit card number you provide will be used as the basis for providing credit card preferential information services.
(2) Your usage and technical information will be used to improve this APP’s service or to develop new services.
(3) The Company will share the preferential news of the Company and its partners through mobile promotion or emails.
(4) The company may share comprehensive non-personal data with the third party. “Comprehensive non-personal data” means the data recorded about users and be group collected, which no longer reflect or direct to a particular identifiable user after being grouped.
The processing and utilization of the abovementioned information may be performed by the Company’s affiliates or other partners, or outside of Taiwan. The Company will not use this information for other purposes unless it is excluded by the local laws. The Company will not disclose the personal information to the third party without the prior consent of the member, except for those who are required to disclose according to the laws for the major benefit of the state or to cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
In addition to the comprehensive non-personal data, the abovementioned information will be deleted when the user terminates the membership services.
4.The Autonomy of Personal Data
You may inquire, copy, apply for changes or read your personal data. You may not apply for inquiry, copy, request for reading or apply for changes to personal data that are not part of the account and account services if you are not the account user or the Company has not verified you as the account user. In the event that neither of the above application circumstances, you shall provide relevant personal data and written information if necessary, so that the Company can assist in the processing of the operating procedures.
You may request to stop collecting, processing, utilizing or deleting your own personal data; however, once stop or delete, you will not be able to continue using the services of this APP.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any request for change or delete of personal data when it will jeopardize the country’s material interests, the performance of statutory duties by public authority, the collection authority’s duties or the third party’s material interests.
5.The Safety of Personal Data
To protect your privacy, the Company provides the necessary technology and measures to protect personal data.
Please keep your personal data appropriately in case of leakage.
Please keep your credit card information appropriately in case of illegal use for others.
You agree that the information retained by you when register as an APP member is consistent with the facts. In the event that finding your personal data has been illegally used by others or has any abnormalities, the Company shall be immediately notified.
You agree that the information provided and used in the use of this APP’s services is legal and does not infringe the rights of any third parties, violate third party agreements or involve any illegal acts. In the event that the damage is caused to a third party by the use of the services, the Company shall not be liable for related compensation except for the intentional injury or gross negligence of the Company.
6.The Amendments and Effects of the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policies
The Company will update this policy irregularly and comply with the laws of the Republic of China on privacy and personal data protection.
This policy forms a part of the membership terms.
If you do not agree with any of the terms of this policy or amendments, please stop using this APP immediately.

親愛なる会員の皆様、悠勢科技股份有限公司ではお客様個人のプライバシーを全面的に尊重し、保護しています。悠勢科技股份有限公司が「USPACE」(以下、本アプリと言います)を通してご提供いただいた個人情報をどのようにして収集、使用及び保護しているかを理解する手助けとしていただくために、プライバシーポリシーを詳細に閲読下さいますようお願い申し上げます。
1.個人情報の収集目的
サービス体験の最適化の目的に基づき、ユーザーの支払いルートを構築し、顧客管理と営業、マーケティングを行っています。弊社ではプライバシーポリシーを通して、ユーザーの本アプリの使用プロセスにて発生した個人情報を収集、処理、利用し、そのキャッシュフローとサービスの運用と統合を行っています。
2.個人情報の取得
お客様が本アプリに会員登録して会員となった時、お客様に携帯電話番号の入力を要求し、誤りがないことを確認します。
本アプリのサービスをご使用になる際、弊社では以下の情報を収集している可能性があります：
(1)お客様個人を識別できる情報、例えば氏名、携帯電話番号、PINコード、ネットワークでの身分認証の提供またはお問合せサービスの申請手続きの記録及びその他のすべての本人を識別できる資料。
(2)お客様を識別できる財務情報、例えば金融機関の口座番号と氏名、クレジットカードまたはデビットカードの番号、個人のその他の番号または口座など。
(3)政府の資料で個人を識別できる場合、例えば身分証統一編号、統一編号、納税番号、保険証番号、車のナンバーなど。
(4)その他のユーザーが本アプリを使用することで生み出される技術的なデータ、例えばIPアドレス、登録時間、位置情報、財務上の取引情報及びその他の個人を識別できるレジャー活動と趣味、生活スタイルなどのデータ。
3.個人情報を利用する期間、地域、対象及び方式
弊社が収集した資料についての処理は以下の通りです：
(1)お客様よりご提供いただいた基本的な個人情報(例えば電話番号)は、会員の身分を判定するための根拠となります。お客様からご提供いただいたクレジットカードの番号は、クレジットカードでの割引情報サービスをご提供する根拠となります。
(2)お客様の使用した資料と技術資料は、本アプリのサービスの修正、または新たなサービスの開発用とします。
(3)弊社はプッシュ通知または電子メールを送信する方式により、弊社及び協力メーカーの割引情報をシェアします。
(4)弊社は第三者と総合的な個人ではない資料を共用する可能性があります。「総合的な個人ではない資料」とは、ユーザーの記録に関係しており、組み分けされて収集された資料を指します。これらの資料は組み分け後、とある特定の識別可能なユーザーを反映または指向することはありません。
上述の情報の処理と利用は、弊社の関係企業またはその他の協力パートナーによって行われる可能性があり、または台湾以外で発生する可能性があります。現地の法律による規定がある状況を除き、弊社ではこれらの情報をその他の用途へは用いません。弊社はまた会員の事前の同意を得ず、第三者にその個人情報を開示することはありません。ただし国家の重大な利益、または法の執行機関の調査に協力し、法律的な根拠により提示する必要がある場合は除外されます。
上述の使用は総合的な個人ではない資料を除き、弊社ではユーザーが会員サービスを終了する際に削除を行います。
4.個人情報の自己決定権
お客様本人は、お客様自身に属す個人情報を検索、複製、変更の申請または閲覧することができます。本人ではない、または弊社がお客様本人であると調査検証される前、お客様は本アカウントに属さない個人情報及びアカウントサービスの検索、複製、閲覧請求をすることはできません。ただし前述の状況でなく申請を行う場合、必要時にはお客様より関連する個人情報及び書面情報を提供いただくことで、弊社は処理作業のプロセスに協力できるようになります。
お客様本人は、お客様に属する個人情報の収集の停止、処理、利用または削除を要求できます。ただし停止または削除した場合は、引き続き本アプリのサービスをご使用いただくことはできません。
国家の重大な利益を妨害、公務執行機関による法で定められた職務を妨害、収集機関または第三者の重大な利益を妨害する時、弊社はお客様が自主的に提出された個人情報の変更、削除または異動の請求を拒絶する権利があります。
5.個人情報の安全性
お客様のプライバシーを保護するために、弊社では必要な技術及び個人情報への保護措置を提供しています。
お客様は個人情報を適切に保管し、外部への漏洩を防止してください。
お客様はクレジットカード情報を適切に保管し、他人による違法な用途への使用を防止してください。
お客様は会員登録により本アプリの会員になった際、保存されたデータが事実と一致していることに同意します。今後お客様の個人情報が他人により違法で使用されている、またはどのような異常があった時も、ただちに弊社に通知しなければなりません。
お客様は本アプリのサービス使用時に提供及び使用した資料はすべて合法であり、第三者の権利を侵害しておらず、第三者協議またはどのような違法行為にも関与していないことに同意します。サービスの使用により第三者に損害を与えた場合、弊社の故意または重大な過失である場合を除き、弊社は関連する賠償責任を負いません。
6.プライバシー及びプライバシーポリシーの修正と効力
弊社は不定期に本ポリシーのアップデートを行っています。また中華民国のプライバシーと個人情報保護に関する法令を遵守しています。
本ポリシーは会員規約の一部分を構成しています。
お客様が本ポリシーのどのような条項または修正変更された内容に同意されない場合も、直ちに本アプリの使用を停止してください。
